Our Policies
At Sweven, we go out of our way to make sure our guests have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our Salon.
~We ask that you arrive on time, the door maybe locked if we are in a waxing or facial session, just shoot us a text to let us know you are here.
~We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you need to cancel for any reason please give 24 hours notice so we can fill your reservation spot.
~If you are more than 15 min. late we may need to shorten your service experience or reschedule you if time does not allow for the full service.
~If you have missed 3 appointments with out giving proper notice, your stylist may choose to charge you in full prior to any future appointments, a payment you will forfeit if you choose not to show up for any reason.

Guest Satisfaction
If you are having challenges with a service you received, please let us know with in 10 days and we will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.
